

Aquatica Orlando is proud to be a family-friendly destination. To help everyone enjoy their visit, we ask that all guests follow the Code of Conduct.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe by Aquatica Orlando may result in removal from the park without refund. This includes, but is not limited to, the following prohibited items and behaviors:
Prohibited Items & Behavior:
• Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind
• Self-defense or restraining devices (e.g., pepper spray, mace)
• Fighting, horseplay, verbal harassment, or physical aggression
• Running, inciting others to run, blocking paths, loitering, or forming large groups
• Entering ride-restricted areas, animal habitats, or backstage areas
• Refusing to follow printed or verbal instructions from park personnel
• Cutting in line, ticket misuse, or solicitation
• Offensive language or gestures
• Theft of any kind
• Drug or alcohol impairment while on property
• Selling park tickets, credentials, or other entitlements
• Protesting or disruptive behavior, including actions organized or coordinated via social media
• Clothing must be appropriate and must not display offensive language, imagery, or content
• Costumes and costume masks are not permitted
• Smoking and vaping outside of designated areas
• Solicitation, distribution of materials, or sales of any kind without prior written permission is not allowed.
• Conduct must support a safe, orderly, and enjoyable experience for all guests
• The park reserves the right to refuse admission or to ask anyone to leave the park if they are not compliant with these rules.
The safety of our guests and Ambassadors has always been our top priority at Aquatica Orlando.
We’re committed to keeping Aquatica Orlando a place where guests of all ages can come together to enjoy everything our park has to offer.
As part of that commitment, a chaperone policy may be activated on select dates. At this time, a Chaperone Policy is in effect on the following date(s):

Chaperone Policy Details
• All guests 15 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old to be admitted to, or remain in, the park.
• Chaperones must present a valid government-issued photo ID with date of birth upon entry.
• One (1) chaperone may accompany no more than ten (10) guests aged 15 or younger per day.
• Chaperones must enter the park with their group, remain inside the park for the duration of the visit, and be reachable by phone at all times.
• Guests aged 15 or younger who are found inside the park without a chaperone present and reachable by phone will be subject to ejection without a refund.
• Guests 16 years of age or older who are not accompanied by a chaperone must be able to present a valid government-issue photo ID with date of birth to verify their age. If proof of age cannot be verified, guests may be denied entry.
• This policy applies to all ticket holders, Fun Card Holders and Pass Members
Why are you implementing this policy?
• At Aquatica Orlando, we’re committed to providing a safe, family-friendly environment that our guests know and love. In recent years, amusement parks and other large entertainment venues have seen a rise in disruptive and inappropriate behavior. This updated policy helps us maintain the welcoming atmosphere our park is known for—so every guest can enjoy their visit and leave looking forward to their next adventure with us.
I am part of a pre-scheduled company event or school group. Does this policy apply?
• The chaperone policy still applies to pre-scheduled company events and school groups. If you purchased tickets through our Group Sales department and have questions, please contact your Group Sales representative.
Does the chaperone need to stay with the group the entire time?
• Chaperones must enter the park with their group, remain inside the park for the duration of the visit, and be reachable by phone at all times.
How many guests can one chaperone supervise?
• One (1) chaperone may accompany no more than ten (10) guests aged 15 or younger per day.
What happens if guests aged 15 or younger do not have a chaperone?
• They will not be permitted to enter or remain in the park without a chaperone who is at least 21 years old and has a valid government-issued photo ID.
Can I show a picture of my photo ID?
• Pictures of IDs are not accepted.
